PARTNERING WITH PARENTS

At All Nations Community Church (ANCC) kids and teens learn how they can know God, love, and serve others. This can only be done when we work together: CHURCH + FAMILIES. That’s why we have made it our mission to partner with parents in guiding the next generation in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ today.

WHAT WE TEACH AT ANCC

From the moment your kids start to walk all the way through middle school, we have selected a curriculum that takes all the stories of the Bible and points them back to Jesus. To find out more about The Gospel Project, or to preview a detailed scope and sequence of what will be taught, click here.

PARENTS & FAMILY LIFE

Whether you are checking us out, a first-time guest, or regular attender at ANCC, we believe that the best spiritual foundation for our kids is only as strong as the cooperation between the church and families. If you are planning a visit, want to register for newsletters, or need resources, this page was created with you in mind!

OUR PRAYER
Father, we ask for wisdom, patience, and humility as we parent and partner together. For the sake of Your Name and for the future of our families, would you unify us in heart, mind, and soul. Protect our children from danger, but make them to be bold and courageous in their faith. Strength parents to fight for righteousness, but do it with love and grace. May we be a church that loves to lead and see children grow into all that You have created them to be in Your image! Amen.

TODDLERS (WALKING – 3 YEARS)

Our nursery space for infants is located conveniently next to our adult services, but once kids are able to walk, parents have the option of staying with or checking in their child to an environment that is geared towards toddlers. Here, they will sing, learn a bible story that connects to Jesus, and play with other children their age.

Help us to better partner with you in providing this environment by registering your toddler today!

EARLY CHILDHOOD (3 YEARS – KINDER)

In their early years, kids come to know who God is through Bible stories, music, and age appropriate activities. Parents also get to be part of the fun as they join this co-op learning environment by volunteering once a month!

In order to move up to Early Childhood, Pre/Kinder children must:

  • Be 3 years old by August 31st or January 31st. These are the birthday deadlines for moving students up into Early Childhood in September and February respectively. Moving students up in this way, as opposed to “open enrollment”, helps with transitions for the EC classroom.
  • Be potty trained. They must be able to go to the restroom on their own, though there will be adult supervision on to provide aid if needed.
  • Be able to separate from you and attend service on their own. Early Childhood is a classroom like environment, with a structured routine that often gets derailed if one or two children have to be tended to individually.

ELEMENTARY (1ST – 5TH GRADE)

In Elementary it’s all about having fun, making friends, and searching the Scriptures to find out more about Jesus. In addition to music, games, crafts, and lessons, 1st-5th graders are connected with other kids their age and surrounded by youth and adult volunteers that want to invest, impact, and influence their faith to grow in a relationship with Jesus.

During this season of life, we also want to be able to teach kids some key skills to help them grow in a relationship with Jesus. Some of these skills include:

  • Memorizing verses from Scripture.
  • Navigating the Bible and its books.
  • Praying together and for one another.

MIDDLE SCHOOL (6TH – 8TH GRADE)

As your preteen or middle-schooler grows up, they will need others to surround them and be influential voices that can help them hear and see God’s Word more clearly. Our middle school environment incorporates messages, activities, and time for Q&A. Service is combined with High School Ministry on Sundays at 10:30am.

MIDDLE SCHOOL MINISTRY (MSM) GROUPS

In addition to Youth service on Sunday mornings we also offer Middle School Groups on select Sundays and a discipleship program called Student Leadership. “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children.”

—Deuteronomy 6:5-7a (ESV)

HIGH SCHOOL (9TH – 12TH GRADE)

Teens have tough questions that require real answers. Every weekend, students engage in relevant messages that deal with day-to-day happenings and get into groups to explore doubts, questions, and biblical answers that help them form a Christ-centered worldview.

By the time students graduate high school, we hope to instill in them a sense of God’s unconditional love that comes at a condition–a relationship with Him. As we foster relationships and center our worldview around God’s Word, these core principles will help guide students as they prepare for life beyond graduation:

  • The Gospel: Who you are determines what you do.
  • Identity: I am because we are. We are because He is.
  • Wisdom: We have many choices, but only one story.
